Digital Products

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for our digital products related to AI & Automation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase

• Refund requests must be sent via email to support@aiautomationhelper.com

• Your refund request must include your order number and the email address used for the purchase

Eligibility for Digital Product Refunds

To be eligible for a refund on digital products:

• You must have purchased the product directly from MATT'S ONLINE EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES

• Your refund request must be received within the 7-day refund period

• You must provide a valid reason for your refund request

Digital Product Refund Exclusions

Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:

• Products explicitly marked as non-refundable

• Products that have been extensively downloaded, used, or consumed

• Products purchased as part of a bundle where other components have been extensively used

• Products purchased during special promotions that were explicitly marked as non-refundable

Coaching Services

Freelancer and VA Coaching

For our coaching services for freelancers and virtual assistants:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled coaching session are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled coaching session are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another date or service of equal value within 30 days

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds

• For ongoing coaching packages, refunds are only available for unused sessions if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial purchase

Business Consultation Services

For business consultation services:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund

• For ongoing consultation arrangements, refunds are only available for services not yet rendered if cancellation is requested with at least 14 days' notice

Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, though it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
